Purposes: BIOME registration, payment verification, event communication, abstract review, scheduling, participant identification, check-in, attendance, certificates, event reporting, security and legitimate recordkeeping.

Retention: personal data will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the stated purposes, reporting, applicable legal obligations, or legitimate claims, then securely deleted, anonymized, or otherwise disposed of as appropriate.
